Supply
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. The supplier of the goods featured is Direct Party Supplies, PO Box 311, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3TD.
Payments
Payments are made through Paypal where you can choose to pay by debit or credit card, by bank transfer or by PayPal balance. Orders may be accepted by cheque by prior arrangement but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared.
Delivery Terms
We shall make every reasonable effort to ensure delivery is made within 5-7 working days however, failure to meet the delivery target shall not entitle you to terminate this contract in whole or in part. Unless otherwise agreed in writing we shall deliver the product to you at the premises specified in the order form attached. We shall accept no liability if the premises address is incorrect and it is your responsibility to ensure that all premises details are correct. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Standard Terms & Conditions
1. Orders are accepted subject to being available and unsold at the time of the order.
2. All Orders must be paid for through Paypal. Orders may be accepted by cheque by prior arrangement but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared.
3. CUSTOMERS will be contacted regarding any "out of stock" items ordered.
4. No cancellation of goods already in transit can be accepted. If the CUSTOMER should refuse these goods on arrival, the CUSTOMER will be responsible for the cost of two way carriage.
5. Should any of the goods supplied by the COMPANY prove to be defective the CUSTOMER must notify the COMPANY within two days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be held by the CUSTOMER until such time as the CUSTOMER and COMPANY mutually agree on either the return of the goods or suitable credit.
6. Goods cannot be returned for credit without the prior agreement of the COMPANY. Goods wrongly ordered and returned for exchange will be subject to a handling charge plus cost of return carriage.
7. The COMPANY reserves the right to improve specifications, alter prices and withdraw any items form sale without notice.
8. For mainland UK orders, your order may be split into several parcels.
9. All dimensions within our online catalogue are approximate. Colours of products depicted on this web site cannot be taken as absolute due to variations in individual computer monitors and their settings.
